1. What areas do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Shipping time: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders within the UK qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Klarna

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers.

6. Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Used items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved returns can be refunded or replaced depending on availability.

7. How do I request a refund or replacement?

If your item is damaged or defective:

  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the issue

  3. We will review your request and provide instructions

Once approved, you may choose a refund or replacement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you may receive tracking information depending on the carrier.
If tracking is not available, you can contact us for updates on your delivery.

9. Can I update my shipping or billing address after placing an order?

Please double-check your information at checkout.
We can update your address only before the order is shipped. After dispatch, we cannot guarantee any changes.

10. Do you offer warranties?

We do not provide commercial warranties. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
